Since 1981, La Plaza’s FIESTA Indianapolis has been the premier Hispanic Heritage Month celebration in Indiana, bringing together a vibrant and diverse community to experience the Hispanic culture. Held annually in September in downtown Indianapolis, this free family-friendly event showcases music, dancing, food, children’s activities, health and wellness, and community organizations. Thousands of Hoosiers join FIESTA Indianapolis every year to experience the sights, sounds, and flavors of the Hispanic culture without leaving the city.

Attend La Plaza's 44th Annual Fiesta

For 44 years, FIESTA Indianapolis has been Indiana's biggest Latino celebration, for everyone.

Come for live music that fills the street. Stay for the food: birria, elotes, pupusas, pastelitos, and a dozen things you'll want the recipe for. Watch folklórico dancers in full regalia. Let the kids loose in the children's area while you browse local vendors and connect with community organizations offering health screenings and resources.
